American High School (AHS) CEO, Dana Delane-Williams offers to help black educators in opening their own online school in their communities.

American High School CEO, Dana Delane-Williams, is offering to assist black educators in starting their own online/virtual school. She made history recently as the first Black woman in the country to create an online virtual school for grades K-12.  She holds a Bachelor in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University and her Master in Business Administration in Aviation from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.

American High School’s online/virtual learning school is accredited by Cognia and is known for being an affordable, engaging, and flexible option to the traditional school.  AHS offers College preparatory, NCAA approved courses, Honors/AP, Gifted, Virtual Reality, Adult education, and career-based (CTE) online education for Grades K-12, all online,” says the CEO who has revolutionized online education in the US since 2002.  “The global health scare has changed life across many spheres and has affected education processes too. We want to help black educators planning to open online schools (private, community, organization, or charter) within their communities by providing them all the support they need for achieving their educational needs.  Online education is the future and we have to embrace it and move forward.”

The paradigm shift in education is taking place now.  Educators have to begin incorporating virtual learning into their course offerings, or risk getting left behind.  Online learning offers the ability to stay current and relevant, when instructing students.  Online education is fluid, as things around us change, we can incorporate those changes into our curriculum and classes in a moment’s notice. Our courses are up to date and include recent developments in the field. For example, our History course is up to date with recent happenings so that students are abreast of events happening around them.

American High School is a black-owned online school offering a viable online educational solution to students to receive a high-quality education without having to attend a traditional school.  A sample of our student body include students from all walks of life, along with homebound, gifted, health issues, actors, actresses, musicians, gymnasts, figure skaters, and so many others who cannot attend a traditional school or opt out of attending a traditional school for other reasons.

Dana Delane-Williams has expanded her online academic offerings to include over 350 online courses, including an online middle school and an online elementary school.

With her vast experience in setting up online education systems, Delane-Williams is offering to help any black educator open their own online school for their community center, educational organization, private school, charter school, or after school programs at a fraction of the cost of other companies.

She has extensive educational experience and makes use of advanced technology-based teaching methods to provide high-quality online schooling programs to thousands of students over the US and internationally. She has also played a pivotal role in contributing to the historical achievements of Black women in the field of education.
